EU Withdrawal Rights

1. Right to withdraw

For eligible distance contracts, you generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For services, the period generally begins when the contract is concluded. For goods, it generally begins when you or a person designated by you receives the goods. Special rules may apply to multiple or split deliveries.

2. How to exercise the right

Before the period expires, send an unambiguous statement to support@pinnaclenexus.us or by mail to Pinnacle Nexus LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #20307, Casper, WY 82609, USA. State your name, order, contact details, the goods or service and that you wish to withdraw.

3. Goods returns

After notifying us, return eligible goods without undue delay and normally within 14 days. Obtain return instructions first. Unless we agreed to collect the goods or applicable law provides otherwise, you bear direct return costs when informed of this responsibility before purchase.

4. Refund timing and method

We will refund payments required by law, including standard outbound delivery where applicable, without undue delay and generally within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. For goods, we may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise without additional cost.

5. Diminished value

You may inspect goods as you could in a physical shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Services started during the withdrawal period

If you expressly request service performance to begin before the 14-day period ends and then withdraw, you may owe a proportionate amount for work supplied up to withdrawal. For a fully performed service, the right may be lost only after performance begins with the required express request and acknowledgment.

7. Common statutory exceptions

Subject to applicable law, the right may not apply or may end for:

• goods made to specifications or clearly personalized;
• sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
• sealed software or recordings once unsealed;
• digital content supplied without a physical medium after performance begins with the required express consent and acknowledgment;
• services fully performed with the required request and acknowledgment;
• other exceptions established by applicable consumer law.

8. Defective or non-conforming goods

Withdrawal rights are separate from legal guarantees and remedies for defective, unsafe, incorrect or non-conforming goods. Contact support@pinnaclenexus.us for assistance.

9. Business customers

The statutory consumer withdrawal right generally does not apply to purchases made wholly for business purposes, although contractual cancellation rights may still apply.
